I called several tree companies and they are the only company who responded. They came and looked at my tree, said it was really dangerous, and said they would be back Wednesday. They came on Wednesday, did everything they said they would, and left my fence as they found it (almost). I hired Donnie for two jobs. After getting his estimate for removing a total of 8 large pine trees, I hired him on the spot. He returned my call and was able to do the jobs within a week. He was careful not to damage the fences and other bushes and structures around the trees.
