As soon as the new unit was available, they came out to install the unit. they were very clean, thorough and professional. as a matter of fact, I noticed my bill didn't go down after 2 months. they sent 2 techs out the next day. they confirmed my AC was working properly, but they didn't stop there. “I recently used Rood to perform some plumbing replacement work. Our home was built in the 1970s and thus the plumbing was old cast iron and needed replacement due to a leak that wasn't caught by our inept home inspector. Our plumbers were Era and Kaleb, and they did an amazing job replacing the old, leaking cast iron with PVC. These guys were responsive, respectful and friendly. They even took the time to properly clean up after the job as well as putting our living room furniture the way it was. The attention to detail and the care showed was superior. “yesterday I was at work and my dad's air unit had stopped working, with the hot temperatures weve had and that are coming next week they did not hesitate to get someone out there and get him fixed right up! I didn't have to leave work to go pay right away they didn't even hesitate. My mind is still blown at the way there was no hesitation to get out there and put the freon in it so he didn't have to sit another minute in a very hot home!!
