just prior to the July 4th weekend, our AC quit working. As soon as the new unit was available, they came out to install the unit. they were very clean, thorough and professional. as a matter of fact, I noticed my bill didn't go down after 2 months. they sent 2 techs out the next day. they confirmed my AC was working properly, but they didn't stop there. They discovered my water heater was pouring water out. I highly recommend AR River Valley!!!
Absolutely the BEST customer Service in Town. Very knowledgeable and honest. has come out several times in the hottest of hot and coldest of cold to patch my old unit up to keep me going until I could afford a new one. Finally it died so I called Tony and he took great care of me and my family. I would recommend him for all of your needs also!
Had an emergency and called last minute on a friday and they were out there the same day within in hour. Great customer service and highly recommend and very affordable.Saved me from a hot weekend. Will definitely be using them in the future for further needs.
