Great people to have work on my home. Wish I had pictures of the damage, but can’t find them. JUST BAD MEMORIES ANYWAYS! They did fantastic work. Same day, as I filed, they had dehumidifiers and hepafiltered fans drying/filtering the mold. I walked downstairs here and there and you can tell the attention to detail they put into their work. Guy was eyeballing and lining that trim just right and appreciate the heck out of that! They moved all the furniture back to the way it was before and THEY EVEN DID MY DISHES!! Renter called to inform me the hot water heater was leaking. I was out of town at the time and the first place that came to mind was Arkansas Restoration. I called Justin and he had a crew over immediately to start the mitigation process. They were very responsive and professional. Mold starts to happen fast so it’s nice to deal with a company that understands urgency in the matter. Communication was great all the way through. I provided them with a claim number and everything else from there on was handled between my insurance company and them. Flooding from our hot water heater around the holidays, they were quick to respond and get the water out. Very responsive and communicative with us while dealing with insurance.
