It seems every time I go it’s something else. The sauna was out of order for 2 months but now it works. You get a complementary beverage and it seems they are out of prosecco a lot (you would think they would order a lot more since that’s what most people want). And now they still have no deodorant in the locker rooms. They used to be so on top of everything, not sure what’s changed but I’m not sure it’s for the better.
I had a 90-minute firm Sweedish massage, and it was excellent from start to finish. Kylie was attentive to my requests, worked out some tough knots without rushing, and made sure the full session was used effectively. I especially appreciate that she incorporated a few techniques I hadn't experienced before. They felt amazing and really elevated the whole experience. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I will be back!
I enjoyed my first 'back facial' and a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and it was EVERYTHING I wanted and needed. I'd never had a back facial before, and Kendra explained the process and was absolutely amazing. It was such a great experience and I definitely recommend! Robert did the 90-minute massage and was very attentive to pressure and asked for feedback to ensure it wasn't too much. I highly recommend both Kendra and Robert for your spa experience!!!
