Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Starkey was amazing. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and gave me thorough explanations. She told me everything she was doing and what each test showed her as far as my eye health. The man helping me pick out my glasses was very knowledgeable and friendly, along with the other staff members. I believe his name was Gene? I even asked the ladies working at the front desk for their opinion on glasses. They were very helpful as well!

We had a contact emergency while traveling, and they were so kind, compassionate, and generous enough to help us out free or charge. We don't live in the area but would definitely use them regularly if we could.

I had a last minute visit due to illness, Parenti-Morris was able to work me into their schedule and the care I was given was amazing. Dr Bell was very thorough and thoughtful with my care. My illness caused me concern but he was able to ease my mind with his expertise. it nice to be treated like a person and not a number. NWA is growing by leaps and bounds but Parenti-Morris maintains the same town service. So grateful to Dr Bell and team!
