Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Downtown Rogers

I chose to get out of the Mercy network for a while because I did not feel like a real patient and hated the quality of care I was receiving. I started seeing Dr. Flax, first due to a convenient appointment, and now because she is AWESOME. She has won me back to Mercy! She is thoughtful, thorough, and clear. I don't feel rushed or embarrassed when I have to ask her a million questions. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. FLAX!!!

First visit was pretty good. The staff and Dr. Preston were great. Not the typical nonsense you get when dealing with medical people. Dr. Preston was a relief to encounter, seriously. I'm very cynical of the medical community, so he's your guy if you are too.

Went there for a new family doctor and saw Dr Blair. First off, I will say that lately it seems like customer service everywhere is falling short! I was shocked at how they treated people! I mean no one wants to go to the Dr. cause chances are your sick or in pain.The staff from the front desk to all individuals in the back are helpful, friendly and caring.Excuse me if I don’t spell their names exact butKelly (Dr Blair’s Nurse) is amazing and more than helpful, I think it was Denise who helped Kelly was also kind and answered all my questions with a smile!Christina in labs so awesome!
