Seriously incredibly blessed and beyond impressed with my experience today. The past few days, a tooth I got a filling on a few months back from a different dentist, started to have immerse pain that I had to get pain relief from the emergency room at 3 AM. After I got out of the emergency room, around 4, I googled emergency dentists. My dentist was unavailable, and being new to Bentonville area I wasn’t sure where to go. To my surprise I got a response within the hour, from a person not an AI bot, telling me I could be their first patient of the day. Mind you - I’ve NEVER been here before!! I was then seen by Dr. Waddell, who immediately diagnosed the problem needing to be solved by a root canal. Nervous I’d have to be referred elsewhere - before I could even ask - he offered to do the root canal right then and there. I couldn’t do it that early in the morning so he rearranged his afternoon to give my pain relief. I’ve never been treated better by any place, company, person, ever before. Saying my thank you to the both of them today doesn’t do grace. Forever switching to this dentist office from here on out.
Lifetime Dental went out of their way from the beginning! They were able to get me in quickly (as a new patient, fixed a chipped tooth (that I was worried about) and made sure my dental needs were all addressed. Very grateful to their team, Dr. Gorman was a gem!
