Our job was a warranty job and was referred to Jim’s Fiberglass through the shower supply company. Jims Fiberglass got us scheduled rather quickly and got the repair taken care of. After sometime, the color seemed to come off where the repair had been made on approximately 4-5 separate spots. I called the company and explained the problem, then, sent pictures to him. The owner took the time to order a special order paint that he felt will hold up much better in the long term. He had to wait for it come in, but got us scheduled and again got the repair taken care of in a timely manner. I can't think I have ever had such a positive experience with a company. Polite, punctual, fair pricing and honest. David did my repair quickly and professionally. I recommend without hesitation.
Jonathan came out to repair a small ding in our RV. How convenient to not have to bring it in and leave it for a few days, since we live in our RV full-time! Jonathan did a great job and was such a nice guy! Plus, it was way cheaper than other quotes I got! I highly recommend this place!
