Nah. They were pretty unhelpful, slow, and full of “we can’t really do that” when they really could so eventually I stopped trying to talk to them and went elsewhere and got done what I needed to very quickly.

Very poor and unprofessional, made an appointment to get battery replaced and didn’t find out until arriving they didn’t even have the battery in stock , and also never answer the phones when trying to call for a question

Find an alternative if at all possible. They are extremely overworked in here and only marginally more skilled than yer dad at rebooting whatever is malfunctioning, bless ‘em. I’ve tried to use them several times, but always end up repairing/replacing my item another way. If you’re stuck using them, I have no doubt your issue will eventually be addressed; but if you have alternatives, explore them first.
