We had a 22 year old Liftmaster garage door opener, technically an 'operator' (we'll get to that) that would randomly open and/or close on it's own. It started this behavior 3-4 years ago. Very infrequent, nothing I did could reproduce it, I thought surely someone had a controller tied to it so I reset the whole thing. I contacted Chamberlain and they said this behavior could be a faulty control board. They didn't sell the control board anymore. So, of course, I took to the internet and you can find them. Elite was fabulous! Chandler was the tech who took my call, same day service, clear explanation of service and cost for our broken spring (honest/no upselling) , professional, punctual, personable. We'd like to extend a big THANK YOU!!!! to Elite Garage Door Services. Elite came at the end of their day to repair a broken spring and snapped cable wire on our garage. The needed repairs couldn't wait. The work was done quickly and correctly since time was of the essence. The owner was very knowledgeable, he didn't try to charge for things that weren't necessary. It was simple, to the point and it got done. Our garage works like a charm now. very grateful for honest work ethics.
