Kelley is a fantastic owner and head coach, and you can tell that she truly cares for the members of DC. Beyond that, Kelley and the rest of the coaching team have gone to great lengths to create much more than a gym, but to truly cultivate a community.
I have never felt more encouraged and pushed to continue to invest in my own health and fitness than I have while being a part of Dual Cities.

I dropped in while on a work trip - it was a great experience! The people were amazing - kind and welcoming. They made it so much fun. Also, the gym was clean and had all the equipment you could want. I’ll be back!

I just completed my first day at Dual City CF, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff and members were incredibly welcoming and supportive. They took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with the exercises. The positive atmosphere and encouragement made the workout enjoyable and motivating. I’m excited to continue my CrossFit journey here and highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great fitness community!
