New to the company but I can say that i definitely feel at home with this company. From the receptionist lady when you first walk in to Mayra in HR. She did an awesome job explaining the job, benefits that came with Crossland and helped with any questions I had. She got my hiring process moving quickly and when the clinic for my DOT physical messed up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She reach out on my first day at Crossland and once again at my 90 day mark to see how it was going for me. She states if I had any questions or issues to not hesitate to let her know at HR. Company it's self is Absolutely terrible to work for. A nearly billion dollar business and only starts people at minimum wage. Minimum wage doing one of the deadliest jobs in the world. I loves the crew I was on, but can't stand the company as a whole. Do not recommend you work for them.
