Heather was very nice and asked lots of questions about my hair FIRST , gave me hints and advice that I really needed, and she took her time and did a great job. I've had trouble last few years because of changes in my hair and Heather was the first to truly try and understand before starting. I really appreciate her taking that time and doing her best.
