Another customer had issues from a 15-year-old remodel and was glad that Lawrence Roofing was able to work them into their schedule. Over 7 working days, the crew extracted bad insulation, fixed or replaced floor joists, did multiple chemical treatments, replaced plumbing, and replaced the crumbling subfloor in one room. The customer was impressed with the crew's professionalism, friendliness, and the quality of the work, which led to superb results. The customer had contacted other contractors, but they either gave a quote and never followed up or didn't address the specific issues with the home. The customer was glad they waited for Lawrence Roofing and was impressed with the local company's expertise and attention to detail.

They cleaned up every single piece of trash and debris, even using a blower to clear leaves off my deck, front porch, and carport. Not only did the new roof and windows enhance the appearance of my house, but my electric bill has also decreased by $100 compared to this time last year. Lawrence worked me into their schedule to fix issues from bad choices in a 15-year-old remodel. Over 7 working days, they extracted bad insulation, fixed or replaced a bunch of floor joists, did multiple chemical treatments, replaced Quest with Pex plumbing, added 32 piers and several beams in the leveling process, and replaced the crumbling subfloor in one room. Was my house really standing? The crew was extremely professional in their workmanship, while being super-friendly and having fun doing their job. That led to superb results. Plus, it was really good knowing local folks were doing the job. I had contacted a couple other contractors while waiting for Lawrence. One from Arkadelphia gave a quote, but never called to schedule. Another from Texarkana quoted a bunch of equipment, but didn't address the rotten wood, the wrong plumbing, or the extra moisture sources. Wow, am I glad I waited!
