I ordered flowers recently for a baby shower. One for the mother to be, and one for the grandmother to be. I ordered online from Texas, and got a call the next morning saying the ones I ordered were actually out of season. The lady was so kind and helpful. She replaced both with beautiful choices which were similar. Both recipients we're pleased. Let me add that this was a spur of the moment last minute order, and she still came through for me. I will definitely be using Effie's again. What great service!

I am beyond impressed with this shop. I was called by Erica, who spent much time constructing a breathtaking arrangement for my mum. She called me to ensure the delivery was given to the correct recipient. She took photos of my mum with the spectacular arrangement and sent it to me. Seeing my mum receiving her flowers is beyond anything I thought possible in this day of drop & go.. If there was a way to give more stars I would.
