“Friendly staff! They always seem so excited to see you and your pet.I first found them this past summer when I woke up to my 13 year old Cat Gusgus not able to walk or keep any food or water down. Gusgus’ lifelong vet would not see him, instead they told me I would have to go to the emergency vet clinic because they did not have the staff or supplies to see my baby. I called Smithers who I had never worked with before and they got me right in and were so kind to me and Gusgus. Because of how they helped me through that tough time I will forever be a Smithers customer! I recently got my new little man Shorsey and he loves them so far!“

My boxer had surgery yesterday and I was surprisingly quite nervous, yet the doctor made me feel comfortable and was patient with my parenting concerns. My girl did great and the doctor has called to check on her multiple times. I really like the all-female office and the special care provided.“

“Staff was friendly and quick to get us back to the a room. There was hardly any wait from the moment we entered the room to the time we were finished. My only upset was that my out paperwork wasn't complete. There were parts of mine and my cats information that were not included. Therefore, I believe they didn't record all of the information I gave them into the patient records. Additionally: Came back for a follow up visit and I was with my significant other. We live in the same home, but own two different pets. They went ahead and combined our accounts even though we are different people with two different animals. Now I no longer have access to my pets information through their app. (Giving 4 stars because my pet is well taken care of and healthy that's all I can really ask for)“
