I went in and to get my acrylics off. I was done with them and I had no problem waiting. He had a customer well he was really rude. He was like he shouldn’t have done this. She should’ve gone. He like did not soak my fingernails down. he just like sort of ripped them off so now I’m missing like topcoat of my nails And when I asked how much oh he goes $16 now I think that’s a little too much for nails to be taken off and so yeah, service wasn’t great.

Generally, they do a very good job on my nails. Today I went to get them done and the gentleman just wouldn't listen to me. I was simply asking him to cut my toe nails short and he was unwilling to. I went on for a Mani and Pedi and left with just the Mani and only polish removal and cut down on my toes nails instead of a Pedi. This was slightly upsetting to me bc I do know my own body and what I like and also now I will have to go somewhere else and pay for a full Pedi now. I will probably return, just maybe when someone else is available.

I received a mani pedi from them and had a wonderful experience so I went back for a new manicure. Upon arrival there were three men in the shop. My manicure was started by one of them. I'm very disappointed in this manicure I have had to go back three times for repairs this week..... The nail art was sloppy and the paint keeps peeling off. It was definitely not worth the money that I paid for it. I'm going back today hopefully they can fix it and it won't mess up again. If not, I will be updating my review and won't be going back.
