“I got a deep tissue/reflexology massage from Brittany and it hasn't even been a full day and I can tell a difference in my pain especially in my back. I also didn't realize that trauma is stored in the muscles and although at some points in the massage was painful I knew I wouldn't regret it. She worked out the tension and knots and I'm so glad I didn't say stop. I look forward to making this a monthly thing because it truly is an investment especially if you work in a factory, manual labor or even trauma. 10/10 recommend.
