My coworker and I purchased a peace lily for our coworker who lost a family member. Specific instructions were given to the florist to pass on to PK Miller. Sadly, my coworker did not receive the flower after the service. After finding this out, I called the funeral home in which Mrs. J. Miller responded defensively when I inquired about the peace lily and whom it was that I should speak with about the funeral service. I Volunteer for Historical Society and called the number listed to ask information about a Grave in a Cemetery the person who answered the phone was very rude and hateful. I then drove to there business and same lady was there on the phone I told her I would wait until she was off the phone she refused and would not give me any information or number for her boss there was no one else in the office. She was very rude. Will be trying to find more information if anyone knows number of the Director would be great

Everyone here had a way of making you feel like family, I was not prepared to deal with this death and they made it a lot easier for me by taken care of so much. Even the driver sang an amazing song at the funeral he was great.
