“I had a freon leak in my AC that another local company only topped off at an outrageous price, saying they'd return in winter to find the leak. Within 4 days, the freon was gone! I called Blackhawk Heating & Air Conditioning, and Brandon came out the same day, quickly found the leak, repaired it, and replenished the freon – all for less than what the first company charged just to top it off. “Look no further! My AC unit is less than a year old and was installed by another HVAC company. It went out in the middle of the night last night....again. When I called the original company that installed it telling them that it was already 80° in my house, they told me they could not come out until July 29th. That is 14 days from now! My Guys HVAC was referred to me by a coworker. When I explained that I have my 80-year-old mother in the house with a heart condition and that she could not tolerate such heat, Guy said that he could be there in about 2 hours. In LESS than 2 hours, the problem was fixed for a very reasonable price. Guy was super nice on the phone, and I couldn't be more thankful for his compassion in this situation. “Rare Customer Service. We had issues with our HVAC system and friends of our recomended Benton County Heating and Cooling. Adam the office manager was very kind and compasionate. He was able to answer our questions and get help for us quickly. He showed a rare style of customer service that you just to see these days.
