Absolutely the worst accounting firm I’ve ever used, can’t talk to the accountant, have to talk with receptionist, they were 2 months late with my taxes causing me to pay late fees and interest to IRS

My Dad and myself have filed for years with Shannon...I called this year and the receptionist told me as long as I had filed before I didn't need an appointment, just to drop our stuff off. My husband went today and I called 2 days ago..they told him Shannon wasn't taking anymore. There is still a month and half left to file ..if you can't keep up you dont deserve peoples business.

Been with this tax preparation and filing service for years. Was told 2 days ago could drop off documents anytime. Arrived today and turned down at the door. I hope im not the only one who will share this unprofessional behavior.
