Arrived on scheduled time. Explained what they would do and completed the work. Cleaned up when finished. Always do a good job and customer service is excellent. Been a customer for 14 years.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Travis was very responsive and helped us through the process of getting a new furnace. We will be calling them back in the spring for our A/C upgrade as well.
TL;DR Our neighbors daughter has had her a/c out and needed it replaced for almost 3 weeks. Burke's diagnosed and replaced ours in 3 business days.Excellent and professional service. Our air went out and they got over ASAP and fixed it when others had suggested we would just have to replace the whole unit. It was the second time they've had to fix it, and it's definitely on it's last leg.So the A/C went out the next week and Burke got us a 36-month no interest payment plan (through Wells Fargo) to get it replaced since this was the third time it's been worked on in two years (new failures each time) and a 30 yr old unit (end-of-life).Update: We... read full review
