Saturday August 30th, was the worst day of our lives. We woke up to our Sweet Bella having a tragic medical emergency. With our normal vet being closed, as most vets in our local area. My husband reached out to your office and with no hesitation you told is to come as quickly as we could. The drive from Alma to Ozark was heart wrenching. We sadly had to make the decision to give our girl her final sleep. You and your staff were so compassionate and caring and are greatly appreciated for the care you showed us and my Bella in her final moments. Thank you so much and we will definitely refer your services in the future. 🥰

When I had to make the very difficult decision to help ease the pain of my late Mother's geriatric stage dog, you were kind and empathetic on the phone. You got us an appointment and helped Shelly Kay very quickly. You were kind and empathetic during our visit. I was not made to sit on top of my phone for an entire week, strung along or dismissed at all and I appreciate that. I'm happy to have found a good Animal Hospital. 💜
Very kind group of people , understanding and supportive after one of my dogs had a stroke. They supported me in my time of grief, euthanizing my dog, they put out of her misery, about 1/2 the price of fort smith vets .
