A trustworthy company with excellent customer service. I had an area rug cleaned (their rates are highly competitive) and when it was ready for delivery, the cost I was given was more than quoted so I assumed the rug was more difficult to clean than expected. When it was delivered the driver explained that they'd looked at the wrong invoice when I called and they credited my account, and brought me a written receipt to prove it. I highly recommend this company, I know we'll use them again.

After a major water line break in our house, these guys showed up... on time, above and beyond! They pulled 4 rooms of saturated carpet, hauled area rugs to be cleaned and dried, ran fans to dry the flooring, and cleaned up all the flood-related mess. I had called on them before for carpet cleaning, but this was so much more.

We just had Coy, and AJ from Ultra Clean clean our carpets. Both these men are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. They explained the process and offered other services, and left us with a job well done. GOOD JOB. FYI, if it wasn't for me being retired, I'd have tried to hire them.
