So grateful for the wonderful compassionate care for our loved ones. They made a difficult time much easier and it felt like having a trusted friend in the business. The AfterCare package is very helpful and a great value. Highly Recommended.
My mother recently passed away and I have to say Hannah Ashley at Smith was wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail while still showing compassion and sympathy was remarkable. Particularly in dealing with a cranky old dude like me. ?. Their Aftercare counseling with Kathy was also extremely well done, compassionate, and helpful. I thought I had it all done but she pointed out AND HELPED ?? with several things I missed in the aftermath. The pair of them are my absolute best goto recommendation!
Ms. Vicki, I wanted to say thank you for everything ya'll have done for our family during this time and previous to this. Pops started this process with ya'll back in 2004 and everything is so appreciated. The pre-planning made the unbearable a little less traumatic. Please let Mr. Billy and the other gentlemen who attended the funeral know we cannot express enough gratitude for their care and understanding during the funeral and set up. Their patience with us and our "hands-on" approach to making sure our daddy was laid to rest in "our" ways is unforgettable. God bless you all.
