I had a water leak and as feared, the problem was my 65 year old galvanized pipes. They came in and replaced the entire water line from the meter to the fixtures. In addition they fixed a leak that I discovered under the kitchen sink, and replaced part of the drain pipe from the kitchen sink. Even with the extra work they came in just a little over the estimate that they gave before the extra work was found. They were friendly and professional, explained everything to me and made me comfortable with the whole process. I highly recommend these guys.
Zack from Roto Rooter responded to our college campus after a dog owner called him to help us retrieve his dog from the storm sewer. Zack was super helpful, and used some specialized equipment to help ensure the puppy was safe and that we were able to get her out of a very difficult situation. To top it off, they did it without any charge. I didn't know this level of customer service still existed!! Thank you all at Roto-Rooter so much!!
Called to request toilet replacement services due to a continuous leaking bolt and washers on the toilet tank. I purchased the toilet and and wax ring the day prior. The techs arrived quick and were so courteous, nice and did a great job installing my replacement. The quoted price of $385 flat rate labor is my reason of the 4 star review. The labor price was extremely expensive since it only took the techs an hour to remove and install. I want my review to inform others since the cost of everything is so expensive and many customers may not be in the position to pay such a price. They provide me a 6 months warranty for the price of their install.
