Josh & Blake came out this morning to clean my gutters and they did a phenomenal job! They called to let me know what time they were coming as well as text me when they were close by. They went above and beyond their duties and left The gutters spotless, as well as all my areas around it. I would highly recommend PI roofing and Josh and Blake for the job!
Sales person does an excellent job selling and know his paperwork for insurance purposes. There it all ends. They kept on promising to come out and replace the roof but only actually showed up after persistent, repeated follow up by us. Eventually a team showed up late, rushed the job and did a poor job. My husband took pics and complained. pI roofing eventually admitted they let that team go because of customer complaints. Again promises were made to come fix mistakes made but no one showed up for scheduled days. This is my second experience with P.I. Roofing and John came out both times for some minor repairs. He was super friendly and professional. He got us all fixed up in a timely manner. The office staff was great as well. We plan to use this company for a full roof replacement in the next couple of years when it's needed.
