This place has the best physical therapy and a great Chiropractor-Dr.Morse !They have a wonderful staff also. You can tell they all really care about their patients. They’ve enabled me to gain more strength , balance & relief for my chronic back pain. I highly suggest giving these guys a chance. ?

The staff at Horizon is so Amazing. The atmosphere is awesome. Everyone there are always friendly and professional and they care about your needs. The building has nice aesthetician. If you are looking for a place for Physical Therapy this is the place for you.

This is an awesome, patient centered, ethical practice. I loved bringing my mom there because everyone was very friendly and understanding. If it weren’t for COVID-19, my mom would still be in there so looking forward to going back.

Dr. David C. Morse and Jessica Chapin OT new facility. We a are multi discipline medical/ rehabilitation group with chiropractic, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, aquatherapy, physical pain management, regenerative medicine procedures, and medical diagnostics. We focus on treating neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal/ arthritic conditions. We utilize the latest state of the art treatment protocols and rehabilitation equipment to treat the patient's condition. Our staff are friendly and understanding when it comes to your medical needs and condition (s). We accept all major insurances and provide special financial programs for our rehabilitation patients.
