I have not been to your store personally but I was standing behind one of your employees (I believe her name is Cheryl) doing a return at a local hardware store and I must say that I hope they don't represent your company as a whole. An employee at Home Depot kindly asked them to change and move to another register because they were logged into another one so that they could help her out. The response they got was being called a crazy a** b**** and a slur word beginning with n. I'm sure it won't take much to imagine that word and how it must feel all because she didn't want to change cashier lanes.
