Hi this is Crystal with Heartland Tax Service. This is the only way we are able to reply to the reviews on this page, because Google makes you pay for this service. There are 2 replies’ on here that have never been clients of ours. I think they are confusing us with Heartland Tax Solutions or Heartland Payroll Solutions. We are not affiliated with these companies. If you click on Mr. Odoms’ name, all of his other reviews are based in Virginia. We are based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. If Google would let us reply to the individual reviews, we could easily resolve the negative reviews.Regarding Mr. Shumate's review. I have had heartland do both my Business and personal along with most of the people I know, and we all are very thankful for Floyd and Crystal and everyone at Heartland. Great Place
