I love F45 in Maumelle. They have great trainers and amazing workouts that transform you. They make it fun and you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. This is a great place to be apart of and I highly recommend it. Try it out! You won't regret it!
F45 Maumelle is more than a fitness studio. It's a community of people on their own fitness journey. It is a place to challenge your own personal fitness level in an environment of energetic coaches, encouraging members and playlists that make the 45 minutes fly by. Don't get me wrong. There are days I wonder why I show up. Then, when I jump up easily to do an unassisted pullup or hold a 2 minute plank without breaking a sweat, I am quickly reminded that I show up each day to challenge myself to accomplish fitness goals I never thought I would ever be able to achieve. I love having a place I can look forward to working out. Every workout is challenging but doable and bring results! The trainers are always encouraging and create a welcoming atmosphere no matter the level.
