Every time we have called this company they have responded promptly . Had a contract with another a/c company and they were too busy to get to me after waiting 2 days. We switched!
What a great company I chose to fix my Heater/AC unit. It was pouring down rain and our technician Jason arrived on time and was a total professional!! The young lady on the phone Angela did inform us financing options, and was sweet and courteous.
I would definitely recommend this company for anyone that needs repairs or servicing on their units.
Our experience with Diamond state was great. From top to bottom, this company took care of our needs. We ended up needing a new furnace and was able to work with the company and got a new furnace installed. Price was reasonable Work was professional. It’s never been so cozy on our second floor.
