Horizon OrthoRehab & Diagnostics is a multidisciplinary clinic with Medical, Chiropractic, Occupational and Physiotherapy services. Dr. Morse has teamed up with Charles Carttar MD performing medical diagnostics and therapeutic treatments to alleviate patient's pain and chronic conditions. Jessica Chapin is our Therapist that focuses on the correction of post surgical rehab, extremity, spinal, and nerve pain conditions utilizing the most recent state of the art physical rehab.
