“(SWilliams,Pine Bluff),I had alot of water damage..decided to look online and found this wonderful company (Servpro).My initial contact with this company was with a lady that had a calming spirit, sweet voice, and so professional over the phone, her name was Natasha.She explained everything to me and scheduled an appointment for inspection right away.I really appreciate her being so nice in a stressful situation.The next person I came in contact with was Mr.Tracy Bunting, he was respectful, professional, answered every question and even called his boss Mr.Rance to clarify things for me, if I had a son,I'd want him to have some of his qualities ( again so very respectful),Mr.Rance was also very nice over the phone ,he explained a lot to me as well ? Thirdly ,I met two other nice gentlemen ( Mr.Neiko Wood and Mr.Courtney Hammett), both introduced themselves with a handshake)? and Neiko went over things again with me on what they will be doing for the next week or so...Mr.Courtney was guiet and about his business,working hard, I appreciate that very much.Mr.Neiko even provided his personal number if I had any questions after hours.I have nothing but good things to say about this company.This crew made a stressful situation alot easier to bare.Thanks so very much to everyone @Servpro!
