My PCP wanted me to try yoga. Hardware in my neck, PT, massage, and hip injections I agreed. I tried 2 other groups geared for seniors, and found no help. I went reluctantly with a friend, only agreeing to try it once. I felt a little better, nice people, encouraged to do what I could, not do it like this. Now been a year. Wish I had done this 10 years ago before EVERYTHING was stiff and sore.
Stacey has created an amazing space that is filled with warmth, natural lighting and teachers that are so welcoming. I truly enjoyed my class and surroundings. Stacey is so willing to share her immense yoga and healing expertise with you. I highly recommend checking Blue Nyla out! Thanks for welcoming me so warmly.
Extremely friendly and helpful to newcomers! Good space to practice. Teacher was very accommodating and easy going. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to give yoga a try. Great first timer special, $10 for 10 days!
