I was quickly worked into the schedule, great communication from the office and during the time the tech was here. Fixed the AC coil issue and was out the door with the house cooling immediately. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg and was honest about what was needed. Highly recommend!
Our heat went out today—in 9 degree weather during a snow storm! I called several companies prior to contacting Barnhart, however due to the road conditions, no one was able to service us the same day, so we were anticipating having no heat for a few days (we have a 3 year old so that would have been horrible). I called Barnhart and Mr. Donnie was at our house within 2 hours that same day! Fixed our heat within a matter of minutes and was extremely pleasant and helpful! All heroes don’t wear capes, but Mr. Donnie truly saved us from having a rough few days in historically low temperatures. Barnhart has definitely gained a new customer!!!!!
They will always be my first call for HVAC! They came out to clean up the mess of another company. Only wish I had called them years ago. I look forward to them working on my systems for years to come. Don't make my mistake and call them after the others have wasted your time and money. CALL Barnhart 1st!
