I have had the pleasure of working with Arkansas Mold and Water on several occasions and just recently had them out to our house again. Of all the contractors that we have worked with for our house, they have been far and away the most sincere and professional. It is so rare to work with companies that make you truly feel like they care about you and your family but I have now had 3 of these same experiences with them over the past 7 years and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks. After discovering a leak under our bathtub, I crawled under our house and was convinced we had black mold growing in that area. I could envision a floor needing to be torn out, etc.

I was ripe to be taken advantage of, because I believed we had a mold issue.

Garett crawled under the house, assured me we did NOT have that problem, and looked at other areas of concern in our house. We’re sleeping easier now, knowing we don’t have a mold issue, and knowing there are still honest people out there.

We were concerned about a few surface areas that looked suspicious for mold. Based on our description of the surfaces in question, Ken Mullen believed it was not likely to be mold but suggested we purchase a home mold test kit the allowed sample collection and lab analysis.In less than two weeks time, the lab results concluded no mold!
