I love this place! They all do a great job of threading my eyebrows. Everyone is so nice! I have started using the one in McCain Mall because my favorite person is there now. I’m not sure how to spell her name…Remfi is how she pronounces it. She is kind and always happy to see me!
Stylist: Remfi(?) is a lovely person and does such a great job. She is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable at all times.
They never answer the phone and they never here on time, it’s 10:20am and it literally states that you open at 10:00am, and also 1 lady got mad when I asked her to cleanse her hands and/or put hand sanitizer on… other than that, I do love to get my brows done here but I don’t like that no one is never on time
There is only 1 employee and she does every single service which means you have to wait until she is completely done with another customer to be serviced. It is also not guaranteed that your appointment will be honored.
