This happened on December 23rd and I was scared my furnace was going completely out. Everyone I called said that they couldn't see me until Wednesday of the next week including the people that put my furnace in they didn't even return my call. I'm 77 years old when was really scared that I was going to be left here for three days without any service at all. The girl that took the call said that she would try to get someone out and then she called me back later that afternoon and said he could come but it may be late. I absolutely love working with this company! I found them through my home warranty company and any time they've come to our house, it's ALWAYS a pleasant and professional experience!
