Always clean, equipment, if down, it won't be for long. There is a large variety of free and machine weights and some serious surprises on what a 10Fitness would have. By far my favorite gym.
10 Fitness maumelle is my home gym but ever since I’ve been to 10 fitness on jfk I never went back ? I love that gym! I love the people who work out there and the trainers are suppppper sweet nice and helpful! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MATT! He is the best he answers all my questions anything I need help with he is there, tells a few jokes here and there but overrall he is the best I love this gym wouldn’t cancel my membership for the world and when it comes to small minor inconveniences the staff is always there to help and break things down for you I rate the gym 10/10 and I come literally everyday so that should tell you I am not lying!! I love love LOVE this gym! All the trainers there are wonderful! But I have to say, I have a the best trainer ever! She listens to my physical needs and desires, planning workouts accordingly. She works with any physical ailments I may have going on and recommends other exercises or stretches to achieve the movements to target particular muscles. She is well versed, intuitive and informative.
