Called and John came to my home at the time agreed to and gave me estimate for wood fence. Gave him deposit. Unfortunately, HOA wouldn't allow fence. John returned my deposit in a quick time frame. He has been one of the very few consultants that has returned my calls and came to see me in Mountain Home. Wish I could have done business with him.
