Bouquet Palace went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered even when multiple obstacles came up that were out of their control. The lady I spoke with on the phone multiple times was an angel and was so patient and helpful. The delivery driver also went out of his way to make sure they were still delivered on her birthday. Can't say enough positive things and on top of everything else, the bouquet was beautiful! Highly highly recommend using them for any floral needs.“
