I had a plumbing emergency, and we couldn't flush toilets or use any water due to a clog. Waste water was coming up in my yard! I called L&M Plumbing and the man said they couldn't fit me in until maybe tomorrow! We discovered the clog problem last night, so we were pretty worried. Then I got a call in the late morning/early afternoon from L&M, and they said they had a bit of time after all, and sent 2 nice guys to help us. They did a great job, and at a very fair price!! I highly recommend L&M Plumbing in Mena. Thank you to the great guys they sent, and for escalating my repair. It made all the difference!!

Called L and M on Tuesday and was told Monday was the soonest appointment available for my clogged sink. They called on Thursday with available time for right then and were out 10 mins later. 30 mins later drain was unclogged! Great, fast work, Thank you!

We have used this service on several occasions and have been delighted with the friendly, professional, and drive toward excellence in their work. They always clean up quite nicely and call in advance of arrival. Their pricing has been reasonable and worth it for the peace of mind we have knowing the issue has been well and truly fixed. They also have a most pleasant receptionist In fact we were willing to to wait a month for the next available appointment because they are so in demand locally. As it turned out. We were worked In earlier than expected and I am just pleased as a duck on a June bug!?. (Our issue was not a plumbing emergency). L&M are the best around...read full review
