The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the work crews are fast and accurate. We didn't have to wait long for an appointment to get our home set up on an existing well. We were referred to them by SEVERAL residents, and they are the best in the area.
They have literally been a life saver more than once for us. From ruling out problems when we have them, to working with our home loan servicers regarding water test results. Not only do they come out just as soon as they can, but their customer service in person, over the phone and email contact is just perfect. Such great people to work with! They service such a large area while keeping that small town, home feeling.
The people at Gilbert are some of the best I have ever dealt with. My well pump went out. I called Gilbert and they were came out first thing, the next morning. They diagnosed the problem, put in a new pump, cleaned up, and were gone in less than an hour. The price was much less than I expected, and everyone was friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.
