Customer service is extremely important at Alvin's. I asked for a thermostat replacement, and the service technician was extremely proficient and polite. After the installation, he walked me through the programming and explained the process. I will definitely use them for all my future heating and cool needs.

Been going here since 2016. Dr Fairless was my first gp here, she's been a good Dr. Recently switched to Ocean Brewer and she is great! Very thorough, proactive and professional. If you haven't seen her yet, I recommend giving her a try. Also the women in office last year or so, from CNA, to the lady that draws blood to front desk all seem so cohesive and genuine. There have been many come and go over the years but I'll actually miss some women who may eventually move on because they're all amazing.

I will recommend them to literally everyone!I was referred by my PCP for a spinal herniation in July. In the last 6 months Dr. Abraham and his phenomenal, caring, REAL, staff have provided me with the best quality medical care I have EVER received!!!I truly cannot thank them enough for how much they have helped me!My case has been a classic "if it can go wrong, it will go wrong" with insurance being, well insurance. But all of the ladies (and gentlemen) up there have been such a pleasure to work with, they make me feel so validated and have gone above and beyond to get me the treatment I needed!I have never once felt uncomfortable, anxious or like I wasn't supposed to be there, which is rare for me when it comes to doctors in general.This is just an awesome place with beautiful souls working to truly help ease their patients pain!I highly recommend!And once again, thank you Dr Abraham and all of the staff at AIPM!! Y'all literally changed my life!
This business was happy to help me with a minor computer problem. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and the components we needed to order to fix it. Upon receiving the components, they got straight to work and left me very soon with a perfectly functioning laptop! I am a new client of Pleasant Hills Animal Clinic, and happily so! The lovely nurse Emily, and the surgeon (I don't know his name unfortunately, but I'll update this when I do) agreed that the weird, growing tumor in my dog Angel Bella Beeza's ear was not just swelling due to an ear infection, as was suggested by someone else, but was in fact a fairly large growth that needed to come out. They did the surgery today, and did a beautiful job! They carefully sedated her, removed the growth, and she is home and recovering very well so far! They sent her home with antibiotics and some pain meds. All of the staff is very nice, and I feel comfortable taking Angel there. I expected this surgery to cost a minimum of $500-$800 as it sure would have been in Dallas where I'm from! It was just over $300 at Pleasant Hills Animal Clinic! I was shocked! Our fur babies can get very expensive in these situations, but I'd do whatever I had to in order to take care of Angel. Pleasant Hills just made it easier for her humans to get it done quickly! They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet that needs care, and they all do at some point. So take the fur babies to Pleasant Hills Animal Clinic!
