“The people in this office care about you and they show they care about you and I have never had one person to be rude or unkind to me or my family it is a drive for us to go here but well worth it when you find a place especially a doctor's office or vet's office and they care more about you or your pet instead of the money for insurance that's the place to go!!!! They have helped me get referrals through where other clinics have took months and months and they did it in a couple weeks thank you all for your kindness and your dedication to helping us live a healthier life“

All stakeholders in a healthcare transaction should agree that focusing on what's best for the care recipient, ultimately is what's will be good for themselves financially, and satisfactorily in their career and how the one's they provide care for rate the care they received. To me, that's a win, win, win, and win.“

“I used this clinic for years. Dr. Robert Rook always treated me with respect. He really pays attention when you are telling him what's going on with you. I wish the courts would take care of their duties, settle it and let Dr. Rook get back to work. I need my doctor back in his office. In my opinion that entire investigation is BS. I can tell you that when I was experiencing a great deal of pain and was taking hydrocodone, Dr. Rook told me it was not a good idea for me to take it any longer. He changed my script to Lyrica. It worked for my fibromyalgia pain. It was often very difficult for me to sick and draw all day. There's a lot of meds I can't take because I'm prone to bleeding ulcers. I never had to remind him, like I stated previously, he really listens and cares about his patients.“

“Not sure what all these negative reviews are about but this place rocks.My fiancé went here first because his other doctor was not refilling his prescriptions on time. He made an appt. to see Dr. Wicker and he was phenomenal, helped my fiancé, gave him a different prescription and filled it for two months so he wouldn't have this issue again.I made an appt. The receptionist was so nice. Connor was great, very detailed and asked me every question he could think of. I spoke with Dr. Wicker and he was so educated on how to help me. Ran extra tests on me and I'm coming back next week to see if the medication is working.This office is 100% worth it. Ignore the bad reviews, some people are just hateful or hard to please. This was the BEST experience I've had at a clinic.“

“What I have to say about Dr Dickson and his staff is they are great. For a very long time I was looking for a better doctor, and I found one. For the longest time I've been dealing with issues that most of the doctors and healthcare professionals just gave up on. I was stuck on an infinite amount of referrals it seems like they were just trying to get me out of their office. But not here at this clinic. Dr Dickson performed as a doctor is supposed to look up my history anime referral himself. My issue has been a reoccurring here and sinus infection that comes back every 6 to 7 months. My past doctors only wanted to go so far I was literally getting the same treatment for the same problem over and over again. Dr Dickson took my treatment to the next step then I'm feeling much better. My past doctors would make mistakes over and over again. I would tell him I have asthma and they would probably prescribe a medication you can't take if you have asthma. I had to point out that was a problem. For my experience this clinic with Dr Dickson would not have made these mistakes.“

“This review has been long overdue! This is the best care I’ve ever received at any clinic! When I first started going to this clinic, I had the pleasure of being treated by Nurse Practitioner, Laura Farley. She was amazing and listened to my concerns. That was the first time a NP or MD actually listened to me…It was refreshing, but she left the clinic. Then I met Dr. Nagel and let me just say…this man is AWESOME! He also listened to me, without judgement and that’s what a lot of MD’s lack, now-a-days! He has been an amazing provider and my quality of life has improved, since becoming a patient at this clinic. The entire staff is amazing.“

“I was transported by ambulance to Baptist. A doctor and nurses met me at the ER doors and after a couple of medical questions had me on the way to a CT scan -- on the ambulance gurney, no putting me in a room or the dreaded hospital gown. Back from CT to a large room set up with TV monitor. Within 20 minutes I was on a telemed visit with an out-of-hospital specialist and learned the CT was clear. The woman who appeared to have me sign that it was ok to treat me found my neighbor in the waiting room and he was allowed to stay with me while we waited for bloodwork, evaluation etc. I protested their desire to admit me overnight for observation and more tests but I finally conceded, figuring it was easier to get all the tests in one place instead of having to schedule stuff for the next couple weeks. Immediate trip upstairs to the room, hooked up to a heart monitor, given anything I wanted: water, toothpaste/brush, extra pillow and blanket, all within minutes. I spent the next 10 hours being wakened for vitals checks, etc. Pushing the call button meant someone responded in less than a minute and someone was in the room within a minute or 2 responding to what I wanted. Cardiologist showed up at 4 a.m. He looked like a football defensive lineman. Huge. And a delight. At 7 a.m. I was being wheeled (complete with nice warm blanket wrapped around me) for MRI and Echo. My only protest came when the tech said the echo was with bubbles. Now, I've read enough mystery novels that the way to kill someone is to inject their vein with air. I was not amused, but the tech was. MRI only 6 minutes, piece of cake. Back to my room and a huge breakfast was waiting for me including cereal, coffee, fruit cup, bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast with bananas foster topping. Whew. I skipped the cereal. 10 a.m. A doctor comes by to tell me I'm being discharged, answering any questions, confirming my preferred pharmacy. Staff comes by to take my order for lunch -- service starts at 11, so I still had time for lunch before I left. (I passed, but it sounded good.) Wheeled down to discharge where they gave me a huge packet of medical info, offered me water for the trip home. An astonishing experience. It would be very hard to find a nit to pick about the care and caring. Every single person was smiling, gracious, respectful, always asking if I needed anything. I wish I could give Baptist and all the staff 10 stars and a 2-week paid vacation to the resorts of their choice.“
