“New to the area and in need of a new PCP. Started seeing Ms Katie at the Conway Regional Mayflower Clinic and we (my husband and myself) are high pleased and highly impressed. I have multiple system issues with complications and Ms Katie treats not just the reason I came into clinic that day but looks at me and as a whole, taking care of the whole of me, even though I thought my complaints were small. She saw the entirety of the person and took care of all my needs!! Very thorough, professional, positively knowledge, and polite. With Katie Deacon, APRN, you will receive exceptional care.“
“Dr. BROWN WAS VERY THOROUGH WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SYMPTOMS AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CARING.“
“This was a great pleasure of mine delivering to this place. Area is safe and quiet. Can park overnight just don’t block the docks. Customer service was top of the line. Unloaded fast and way on my way.“
“Let me start by saying this: DR. TODD IS AMAZING!!! He has the biggest HEART of anyone I’ve ever met. I love him and Courtney his tech. She’s also great too!!! But THAT IS IT!!! Other than that I would have went elsewhere bc those ladies up front are something else. Staci is ok but other than that y’all are on your own. They have been nice but I can see where the guy said he felt a little put off. So let me say this if you want an eye doctor w a heart then look no further than DR. TODD but if you are looking for organization then please spare yourself the chaos and make sure it’s documented in your chart so when your order is wrong they can refer to the chart. Anyhow again use DR. TODD and then make sure to follow up before they ever order bc chances are it’s going to be wrong and you’ll be waiting forever for a mixed up order :-/ like we did.“
“Personalized Medical Solutions, LLC truly operates so the parties involved in the point of contact exchange of healthcare benefit financially, physically, mentally, and spiritually. The truth is, all healthcare payers are not paying what they used to, and to get that pay the providers are having to jump through the hoops set up by those who haven't delivered any healthcare themselves and really wouldn't know how to if they had to. The ones who need healthcare lose the most in this scenario. That's more than sad. The words, unjust, unethical, and immoral come to mind, because the healthcare industry is tasked to bring those with disease ease, and bringing ease includes more than just providing a cure. Ease is best manifested when the infirm have answers sooner than later, and if at all possible, from their primary care provider. Those answers can serve to: 1., prevent unnecessary specialist appointments which carries a risk of payment denial and always makes it harder for everyone else to get and give needed diagnostics and care. 2. Give reasonable and necessary documentation for both the PCP and the Specialist as to why further and more costly care is justified for payment. All stakeholders in a healthcare transaction should agree that focusing on what's best for the care recipient, ultimately is what's will be good for themselves financially, and satisfactorily in their career and how the one's they provide care for rate the care they received. To me, that's a win, win, win, and win.“
“It's the VA Its always good it's always efficient it's always for military veterans and it's always one of the best locations in the nation.“
“Been a patient for 9 years now and the staff is incredible and exceptional care provided by Dr.Pollard . The consistently welcoming atmosphere makes every visit a pleasure. I recommend this office for those seeking dental care in a friendly environment.“
“The staff are all so kind! They were very helpful and aided me in finding relief for my chronic illnesses“
“This is a great place for students. My daughter was sick and very dehydrated. She called and was seen within an hour. They were able to get her hooked up to an iv immediately. Everyone she encountered was fabulous and very caring. It was way easier and faster than sitting in an er waiting room for hours. Thank you so much for this resource!“
“I used this clinic for years. Dr. Robert Rook always treated me with respect. He really pays attention when you are telling him what's going on with you. I wish the courts would take care of their duties, settle it and let Dr. Rook get back to work. I need my doctor back in his office. In my opinion that entire investigation is BS. I can tell you that when I was experiencing a great deal of pain and was taking hydrocodone, Dr. Rook told me it was not a good idea for me to take it any longer. He changed my script to Lyrica. It worked for my fibromyalgia pain. It was often very difficult for me to sick and draw all day. There's a lot of meds I can't take because I'm prone to bleeding ulcers. I never had to remind him, like I stated previously, he really listens and cares about his patients.“
“I really love going it's close to my home and they have security there they greet you at the door the staff is awesome I have visited many times I found they treat me good I always be by myself so they really take good care of me from time I get til I leave. My family doesn't like going to hospital so they take special care of me.“
“Not sure what all these negative reviews are about but this place rocks. My fiancé went here first because his other doctor was not refilling his prescriptions on time. He made an appt. to see Dr. Wicker and he was phenomenal, helped my fiancé, gave him a different prescription and filled it for two months so he wouldn't have this issue again.I made an appt. The receptionist was so nice. Connor was great, very detailed and asked me every question he could think of. I spoke with Dr. Wicker and he was so educated on how to help me. Ran extra tests on me and I'm coming back next week to see if the medication is working. This office is 100% worth it. Ignore the bad reviews, some people are just hateful or hard to please. This was the BEST experience I've had at a clinic.“
“What I have to say about Dr Dickson and his staff is they are great. For a very long time I was looking for a better doctor, and I found one. For the longest time I've been dealing with issues that most of the doctors and healthcare professionals just gave up on. I was stuck on an infinite amount of referrals it seems like they were just trying to get me out of their office. But not here at this clinic. Dr Dickson performed as a doctor is supposed to look up my history anime referral himself. My issue has been a reoccurring here and sinus infection that comes back every 6 to 7 months. My past doctors only wanted to go so far I was literally getting the same treatment for the same problem over and over again. Dr Dickson took my treatment to the next step then I'm feeling much better. My past doctors would make mistakes over and over again. I would tell him I have asthma and they would probably prescribe a medication you can't take if you have asthma. I had to point out that was a problem. For my experience this clinic with Dr Dickson would not have made these mistakes.“
“From our experience, this is genuinely the best clinic for our little boy. The doctors are so kind and make you feel welcome. We’ve also never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Definitely recommend! Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hawkins are great.“
“I love this place. It is close by. My insurance accepts them. Doctor is efficient and professional. What's not to like? Most of people are great here with one exception - one of the ladies who answers the phone when calling in during normal office hours. I usually do not right bad reviews for such a singular complaint or individual. I tried to keep it objective. I'm not sure why she is making it her business or why I'm feeling attacked. Anyhow, I feel the need that this needs to be addressed. I don't want the company business to be turned away from such unfortunate individual answering the front lines of communication at this office. First, this lady has belligerent attitude with snappy comments every time she answers the phone. I would like my question answered kindly and politely. First, I asked for my allergy shot papers and told me immigrant papers crudely? I'm like excuse me in my head. I told her politely no I would like another copy of the lost allergy shot paperwork. I was transferred over to someone who could take care of it. Another instance, about my appt and when I should show up. She got snappy and told me like duh you go up the door and someone will get you in. I told her again politely I'm only asking if I can show up early and what are your procedures for 'covid' steps I hinted. Overall, great place.“
“Have been seeing this clinic for over a year and have had nothing but courteous staff and helpful visits. I highly recommend.“
“I received prompt care when I went for a mammogram. I was scared to have the procedure but the personnel took time to explain and was more than accommodating. I have never had a mammogram and I am 60. I need another follow-up due to something they saw. I would have never gone in the first place if it was not for the sweet young lady who took the time to talk me into the first one. I have nothing but high regards of their knowledge and kindness to me.“
“The people in this office care about you and they show they care about you and I have never had one person to be rude or unkind to me or my family it is a drive for us to go here but well worth it when you find a place especially a doctor's office or vet's office and they care more about you or your pet instead of the money for insurance that's the place to go!!!! They have helped me get referrals through where other clinics have took months and months and they did it in a couple weeks thank you all for your kindness and your dedication to helping us live a healthier life“
