“The staff are professional, yet friendly. The office and treatment areas are clean and comfortable. I always feel better after getting adjusted. I originally went in with some bad shoulder pain and over the span of the treatments, it's vastly improved. I'll keep going for maintenance.“

“UPDATE: Leigh Ann read my review and contacted me to set up a complimentary massage. I was glad to get the chance to experience one of her massages, and she is truly a gifted masseuse. She also took the time to understand my medical issues. The massage was incredible, and the design of her new space is very relaxing. I would highly recommend her.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. A friend wanted to gift me with a massage from Leigh Ann, whom she was really impressed with. I spoke with Leigh Ann over the phone, and also communicated via her online message system. We discussed type of massage, as well as date and time of appointment. I confirmed via online messaging that the appointment time and date worked for me. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and found the door locked with no one visible inside. A sign on the door said she'd be available at 9:30, which was my appointment time. I waited in the January cold for 30 minutes, coming to the door 3 times, and calling twice, leaving 2 voice messages. Finally, at 9:40 (10 minutes after my appointment), I had no response from anyone, and I was so cold. In the 2nd message, I told Leigh Ann I couldn't reach anyone and was too cold to wait and to please call me to figure this out. I had hoped to receive a call, an apology, and some kind of deal or offer to make up for the appointment I made but didn't get. Instead, in the next day or 2 (not promptly), I received a voice message from Leigh Ann stating she didn't remember me and I didn't have an appointment. I called and left another voice message reminding her how we had talked and made the appointment, and I also sent her another online message showing her where we had confirmed all this in writing. It's been 3 days since I last reached out to Leigh Ann, and I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I have waited 6 days total since my appointment to leave this review, hoping to work things out and get that massage and give her something better than 1 star. After that long, I'm giving up on ever getting it worked out. I hear Leigh Ann is really nice and very skilled. But apparently I won't get the chance to find out for myself.“

Since my loved one signed a HIPPA form, they have educated us on how to support recovery while respecting privacy and boundaries. Every staff member I have seen while I am waiting and the members of my loved one’s care team are all passionate about the work they do. They are patient, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and provide evidence based interventions. The clinic provides both counseling and medication management, which is extremely convenient. They definitely go well above the call of duty in the delivery of services.“
