I found Julius on Youtube. I needed someone to coach me through some technical issues with my Korg Nautilus and Kronos Keyboards backing up and loading files. Julius got the job done for me. It went over the specified time but he was gracious enough to stick with it till we got it done. Very knowledgeable and gracious man.
