I just want to give a huge shout out to the provider we saw 11/22 at the Surrey Hills location. This was the 3rd time in a week we went to a provider with our concerns and this provider actually listened to us and took an X-ray of my son’s lungs. She found that he had pneumonia and started him on the right antibiotic. Not only that, but she sat with us for a good amount of time explaining the diagnosis and tx plan. After over a week of fever and symptoms, my son’s fever is now gone and symptoms improving. Plus, the front office provider is so amazing and inviting. We will no longer go to another urgent care. We appreciate you guys more than you know!

I visited yesterday with a stubborn cold and ear infection. Andrew and team got the crud busted quick and 12 hours later I am feeling 100% better! Super fast service, with no appointment required.
